Acro (Adamstown only): Acro, short for Acrobatics, is the spectacular art of tumbling, contortion and balance. Class will involve an extensive warm up, followed by a series of exercises designed to improve your strength, flexibility, control, balance, and agility. NO experience necessary as our amazing instructor, Ella, is bound to get you into positions that you've only dreamed about.

Classes are catered for all skill levels and ages, female and male students welcome.

If you are unsure in signing up to a whole term of Acro, why not do a casual class? Cost of a casual class is only $25.

Ella is well versed in the art of gymnastics. She has done over 15 years of artistic gymnastics, competed and has won many titles in competitions, along with over 10 years of teaching the sport.

Acro is held at the Adamstown studio only.
