Classes run on Public Holidays, during school holidays and pretty much all year! Please do your best to attend class that week to ensure you maintain the syllabus (for pole, silks & lyra). Please advise Bella or your instructor if you are unable to attend class on 0402 028 438.
To book you will need to download the Groovio app, create an account, search and connect to our studio (select location: Adamstown or Morisset).
1. In the Groovio app, search for Bella's Pole Studio Adamstown or Morisset
2. Click Connect to Studio
3. Done!
How to Book A Class
Book all your classes easily with us through the Groovio app! All classes can be found under "Schedule" and are self-explanatory but if you need some extra help, please follow below instructions:
1. Open the Groovio app and go to Bella's Pole Studio Adamstown or Morisset
2. Click "View Schedule" (select correct location)
3. Select the date for the first class
4. Click on the relevant class
5. Click to Book Now
6. Click "Accept" on any Important Information
7. Tick box "Pay in Full"
8. Tick box "Accept Waiver Policy"
9. Click "Pay Now"
10. Enter payment details
11. Tick box "save for future Groovio payments" if wanting to use the payment method in the future
12. Click "Pay" button

Booking Policy
Please note - Courses are subject to having 5 or more students enrolled. Bella's Pole Studio has the right to cancel due to low enrolment numbers. When enrolling in a course, you must book and pay in full online. Click on "Book Online" at the top of the page.
Please consider your commitment to a term of class as we do not offer refunds or transfers if you decide to cancel your class, regardless of when you decide to cancel. Once term has started we cannot fill your place if you drop out, therefore we have a "non-refund/ non-transferring to another term / non-transferring to another student" policy.
We do not transfer your missed classes to the next term. If you miss a class, you must do your "catch-up" class in the same term you are enrolled in otherwise you forfeit your class. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure you do all your classes in the term you are enrolled in.
It is advised that you make sure you can commit to an entire term before booking in.
Please note that there are no further discounts applied to your term fees when you purchase special promotions that we may run through Living Social, Groupon, Cudo etc. For example, if you purchase a special promotional voucher through Living Social or Groupon and you want to sign up to a second class, you will be required to pay the full term fee of your second class.
