Lyra (Adamstown and Morisset): Lyra, also known as Aerial Hoop, Aerial Ring or Cerceau.  Lyra uses a steel apparatus that looks like a suspended hula hoop. The art of Lyra combines static and swinging trapeze skills with beautifully held poses and postures.

It is a challenging workout that teaches you grace, strength, and power as you pose, flip, hang and dance suspended in the air.

Classes are catered for all skill levels and ages, female and male students welcome. Leggings and/or leg warmers are recommended as you defy gravity in this class.
